Job Title Hospitality IT Manager

Serve as a technical resource and advisor for all St.Joe Hospitality systems. Based out of our Watersound Corporate Office; the successful candidate is a highly motivated, dedicated, personable, flexible, and experienced technology professional. The candidate must be able to work independently as well as lead the technology team on multiple projects. The Hospitality It Manager is responsible for managing day to day IT support requests, special projects, as well as assisting the team with advice or mentorship on any technical issues that might need escalation. With a primary focus on PCI compliance, this position will be responsible for all property systems. Through the deployment and management of technology, this position will improve hotel operations, PCI compliance, data compliance, network security, hotel systems (POS, Spa, Key Systems, Video on Demand, Wi-Fi), to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction. In collaboration with Senior IT Management, they will set the IT mission and develop, execute and direct the company's strategic and operational IT plans. Aside from a strong technological background, the ideal candidate will possess an enthusiastic commitment to delivering world-class technology solutions, all while providing the highest level of customer service with a dedication to consumer advocacy.
