What Will I Be Doing?
As a Server, you are instrumental in providing an outstanding dining “experience” for the St. Joe Club & Resorts members and guests, by not only competently taking and serving food and beverage orders in accordance with course company standards, courteously and efficiently. But by “escorting” and being a “resource along the way. Collection of payments and diligently maintaining the outlet area and equipment are also major functions of this position.
What Experience is Needed to Be Successful?
To be a Server, 1-5 years of customer service experience and a high school Diploma or equivalent are preferred.
What are the Physical Requirements of the Job?
As a Server, you must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, be able to overhead reach, climb/descend stairs regularly, and be able to properly move or lifts up to 40lbs throughout shift. You will spend a significant amount of shift in the outdoors. You must be able to withstand these temperatures to perform essential job functions in outdoor conditions.
