What Will I Be Doing?
As a cashier, you will need to utilize our point of sale system and will be accountable for cash and check transactions. You will ensure guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner while maintaining an organized and clean work area. You will control inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring and report to department manager when supplies need to be ordered.You will also be receiving deliveries of product from vendors and ensuing proper storage.You will need to be able to communicate guest concerns or comments immediately to the Club Manager. It will be your responsibility to monitor and review schedules for changes, calendar of events and facility activities on a daily basis ensuring regular and reliable attendance.
What Experience is Needed to Be Successful?
To be successful in this position, a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred as well as a minimum of 6 months of F&B and/or customer service related experience.You will need to have basic computer and mathematical skills as well as good communication.You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet the state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
What are the Physical Requirements of the Job?
You must be able to stand on your feet for the majority of the shift and be able to lift 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Job requires the ability to kneel, crawl, stoop or reach throughout the shift.
