What Will I Be Doing?
The Outside Service Manager will be the face of the outside golf service operations at Camp Creek Golf Club, Shark’s Tooth Golf Club and Origins Golf Club. This person will coordinate outside service policies and procedures when engaging members and guests. The ultimate goal of the Outside Service Manager is taking care of and presenting our members and guest with the company gold standard of customer service. A year-round salaried position working approximately 40-50 hours during season and 35-40 hours in the off-season. He/She will manage the outside operations of the club. This will include the practice areas, golf carts, bag room, bag drop, and the overall organization and neatness of the outside operation. He/She should also be knowledgeable in golf cart maintenance, and will be involved in the recruitment, hiring, and training of outside operation employees.
What Experience is Needed to Be Successful?
Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in front-facing customer service program oversight. Must have at least one year of supervisory experience, preferably in a club role. Degree in Hospitality, Club Management or related Business degree is preferred and can be accepted in lieu of experience.
What are the Physical Requirements of the Job?
Frequently stand and use hands to lift, reach, bend, twist, push, pull, squat, grasp and use arm-hand coordination on a consistent basis. You will regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds. You must be able to stand for long periods of time.
