What Will I Be Doing?
The Bellperson transport guests luggage to/from guest rooms, escorts guests to rooms and informs guests of all hotel services and features. Responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay. Thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities. Deliver Company Standards of service consistently and in a timely fashion.
What Experience is Needed to Be Successful?
To be successful, it is ideal for you to have experience in a hotel setting. All candidates must have experience working directly with guests and experience working You must have a clean driving record as you are transporting guest cars. At times, you may be asked to drive the company shuttle bus for special events and tours.
What are the Physical Requirements of the Job?
Much of your shift will be on your feet as you welcome guests to the property. You will be expected to walk, stand, bend, lift at least 50 lbs, carry at least 50 lbs, kneel, reach overhead. This is shift is mostly outdoors with some time indoors as you take the luggage and belongings to the rooms.
