What Will I Be Doing?
You will be the welcoming voice and presence for all guests and members by answering telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate team member, retrieve messages for various personnel, providing callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information. For retail operations, receive, sort and stock retail store with new inventory. Maintain retail store and process transactions. For member services, you will assist members and guest with entry into the Club, club policies, dinner and court reservations. Answer membership related questions and print membership cards. In office responsibilities, assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies. You may also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating. Run multiple daily reports and distribute to the team.
What Experience is Needed to Be Successful?
Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field. Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience and/or training and proven experience demonstrating strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments. Microsoft Office experience is needed.
What are the Physical Requirements of the Job?
You must be able to stand on your feet on occasion during the heavier traffic times and be able to lift 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Job requires the ability to kneel, crawl, stoop or reach throughout the shift.
