To direct, supervise and provide leadership for the Front Office, Housekeeping, Facility Dispatch, Spa, and Fitness efforts at WaterColor Inn, additionally the WaterSound Inn Lodging efforts, as well as the relationship with the WaterColor Private Residence Club efforts to achieve the highest levels of Guest Satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with St. Joe Club & Resorts policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. This position is a property senior leadership role responsible for the long term and short term planning and day-to-day operations of the Inn and Guest Services. Project management of inn updates and renovations, 5 year planning and coordination will be required. The major areas of responsibility/ management include: The WaterSound Inn Lodging and Guest Service operations, as well as, The WaterColor Inn Operations: Front Desk, Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell stand, Spa, Housekeeping, Private Residence Club, and Fitness Center. Develops strategic planning processes for management of the PRC, WaterColor Inn, Guest Service Areas, and WaterSound Inn. Within these areas of responsibility, and others that may be assigned, develops, implements, and monitors budget, strategically develop avenues to maximize revenues, as well as liaison and develop relations with Sales, Marketing, HOA, and Owner Relations, and manages expenses within approved budget constraints.
