What Will I Be Doing?
As the network engineer you will be responsible for building, configuring and managing multiple locations into a contiguous network. Firewall, switching and general network security will be your responsibility. You will need to be flexible and willing to work with multiple vendor switches and firewalls including but not limited to Fortinet, Cisco, HP, Aruba, etc..
What Experience is Needed to Be Successful?
As a Network engineer, you are expected to be available for on call and after hour calls when needed for network support. It would be ideal to have 2 years IT hospitality experience. Two years-experience working with networks, firewalls etc…;. Must have strong customer service skills and strong sense of urgency.
What are the Physical Requirements of the Job?
Much of work will be done sitting at a station, keyboarding and responding to inquiries/tickets from properties. At times, you will need to bend, kneel, crouch and lift up to 50 lbs for installations.
