What Will I Be Doing?
As the Esthetician, it is your responsibility to provide a consistent service to your guests as per the company standards and adhering to the State guidelines for services. It is also important to maintain knowledge of services and trends in the field as well as the various services and products offered in the Spa. This ensures the guests are offered the full opportunity to take the memories with them through product offering.
What Experience is Needed to Be Successful?
At a minimum, you must have a current State of Florida license for Esthetician services. You should be knowledgeable about the components of skins care and have good verbal communication skills to work with guests, explaining the service as needed. It is ideal to have at least one (1) year experience providing services in a luxury spa or resort environment. It is also important to understand the importance of time management and completing the services on time to avoid issues with delays for other appointments.
What are the Physical Requirements of the Job?
The Esthetician will spend much of their shift sitting, bending, kneeling or crouching to ensure the full scope of services are provided.
