What Will I Be Doing?
$500 Sign on Bonus is paid $250 on your first check after starting and the remaining $250 paid at 90 days or Labor Day (whichever comes first).As a Houseperson you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the cleanliness and upkeep of Inn rooms by stripping out linens, maintaining the cleanliness of public spaces and office areas, and keeping within the hotel’s standards of cleanliness. You will also be responsible for reporting any maintenance issues, damaged property, or any lost and found items, as well as maintaining security of all guest units. You will need to use correct cleaning chemicals in the correct bottles for their designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations
What Experience is Needed to Be Successful?
You will need to have good communication skills and be able to speak using expected verbiage.
What are the Physical Requirements of the Job?
You must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, climb, sit, balance, reach, bend, push, pull, and walk for prolonged periods. Some lifting required to, but not limited to 25 to 50 lbs. Employee will be exposed to cleaning chemicals.
