What Will I Be Doing?
As a Food Runner, you will assist the server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests at the Beach Club, according to food and beverage standards, courteously and efficiently. You will need to maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment. Some of the tasks you will include: Stocking all wares and equipment needed for service; Ensuring that all food prepared is delivered to the correct guest in a timely and efficient manner; Anticipating the guests’ needs, responding promptly and acknowledging all guests; Cleaning/Clearing the tables & floors promptly and assisting the Server with all closing duties such as storing & restocking supplies, cleaning and wiping down all areas and transporting dirty linens to the laundry.own and
What Experience is Needed to Be Successful?
Customer service experience is preferred.
What are the Physical Requirements of the Job?
You must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb/descend stairs regularly, be able to overhead reach and be able to properly move or lifts up to 25lbs throughout shift. As a Food Runner, you will spend a significant amount of your shift in the outdoors, you must be able to withstand outside temperatures and still perform effectively.
