What Will I Be Doing?
We are looking for a sales driven, trustworthy and energetic retail sales associate to join our retail team. You will directly assist with guest and homeowners, process transactions and help merchandise the retail store. Excellent guest service is a must, the ability to learn product knowledge quickly and thrive in a fun, fast paced environment.
What Experience is Needed to Be Successful?
To be successful, it is ideal if you have worked in retail, sales, and/or hospitality experience before. You should also be comfortable and familiar with POS system.
What are the Physical Requirements of the Job?
As a Retail Associate, you would have to stand approximately 6-8 hours per day along with bending and crouching to place merchandise in low places. This also requires reaching and pulling to obtain stock from storage racks. You also will regularly need to lift or move items weighing 15-40 lbs and sometimes heavier items. On occasions, you may be required to climb a ladder to reach in high places for merchandising techniques or to obtain stock. As guest service is a primary requirement, talking, hearing and visual is also required. Optical abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
