St. Joe Club & Resorts operates luxury hotels, private clubs, marinas, restaurants, tennis and recreation operations, and golf courses in the Northwest Florida area. Our Human Resources department is strategically involved in all property operations through screening and associate training and development. Responsible for maintaining communication between the candidates throughout the process until the hire date. Ensuring clear communication and expectations are set regarding the position being offered to avoid disappointment or confusion once starting. Assisting with reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Review strategies and identify areas for improvement for recruiting and developing talent pipeline.
What is the Salary: The salary for this position is between $40-$45,000 depending upon your experience.
To be successful in this position, you should have a degree in Human Resources or a combination of experience with hiring or recruiting. Equivalent experience in project management will also be considered. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with the candidates, management team and executive team as needed. Must be decisive and able to manage time well between multiple projects.
