Inspections can be conducted by St. Joe Club & Resort staff at any time without notice. Under no circumstances should damages to the property go unreported to property manager. Damages to the property will result in losing the deposit. Housing is not a single-resident and the intern may cohabitate with up to six other interns (depending on apartment bedrooms).  This includes roommates in the same room; however shared rooms will be same sex pairings. Interns must be cognizant of all religious beliefs of others within the same residents.   Residents of the St. Joe Club & Resorts housing will be expected to behave in a professional manner at all times. Gatherings of people outside of those who are approved to be in the residence will not be allowed.
