Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating, in accordance with St Joe Club & Resort and food and beverage standards of service. Assist in preparing the Restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the room at all times. Take reservations and maintain reservations through the Opentable system while also assisting in monitoring the guests' needs.
Food Runner/Busser ($7.00/hr + % tips)
Assists Server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests according to outlined food and beverage standards, courteously and efficiently; not limited to, maintaining cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment and including, stocking all wares and equipment needed for service.
Bartenders ($8.00/hr + tips)
Bartenders are instrumental in providing an outstanding experience in dining for all guests. Bartenders prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests and bar patrons by specification of menu and outlet requirements. Bartenders are sociable with guests, knowledgeable on the restaurant’s items, drink recipes, wines, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages provided, and procedures as well as they are professional in upholding St Joe Club & Resorts’ policies and high standards in dining.
Server AM (Breakfast & Lunch) - $6.00/hr + tips
Server PM (Lunch & Dinner) - $5.23/hr +tips
Servers are instrumental in providing an outstanding dining experience for guests, by not only competently taking and serving food and beverage orders in accordance with St. Joe Club & Resorts food and beverage department's core standards, courteously and efficiently. But by being a resource along the way. Collection of payments and diligently maintaining the outlet area and equipment are also major functions of this position.
