    Wage Rate: $11.00/hr
    Position Type: Year Round
    Position Status: Full Time 
    Availability: Days. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

     

    Responsibilities

    Essential Job Functions

    1. Perform the functions of Spa receptionist, attendant, coordinator, and sales person.
    2. Be knowledgeable and informed regarding general spa and resort programs and services
    3. Attend training sessions and staff meetings as directed by the Spa Director
    4. Monitor and maintain cleanliness of reception area
    5. Monitor and maintain locker rooms and guest supplies
    6. Monitor retail stock and report all shortages to Director
    7. Conduct tours of the spa facility
    8. Keep Spa Director informed of changes in daily scheduling needs
    9. Actively develop good guest relations
    10. Anticipate potential problems and keep Director informed about guest problems /complaints
    11. Resolve guest issues in a prompt manner
    12. Assist Director in keeping accurate records of guest services

    Qualifications

    • Spa experience is heavily preferred
    • At least one year of customer service experience is required
    • Excellent communication skills are required (in-person, electronic, and telephone)
    • Experience with computers (MS Office suite), answering telephones is also required
