Overview

**Only for associates who worked during the 2017 Season**

You are not required to reinterview if you want to return to the same position; however you must reapply for updated information. 

If it has been more than 30 days since your last work day, you will be required re-drug test.  If it has been more than 90 days since your last work day, you will be required to complete a full background and drug screening.

 

If you are interested in a different position, or worked for us in previous seasons, you will need to complete a regular application once seasonal jobs are posted on January 19th.   

 

Anticipated start date for most seasonal positions is late February or early March 2018.

Responsibilities

Available seasonal positions are at our locations:

  • WaterColor Inn & Resort, Santa Rosa Beach
  • WaterColor Inn Beach Club, Santa Rosa Beach
  • The Pearl Hotel, Rosemary Beach
  • Beach Club at WaterSound, WaterSound

Beach Services (must be able to work in extreme heat)

  • Beach Attendant
  • Gate Attendant
  • Towel Hut Attendant

Food & Beverage

  • Bartender - Beach Club *must be able to work in extreme heat*
  • Food Runner - Beach Club *must be able to work in extreme heat*
  • Greeter (Host/Hostess)
  • Server - Beach Club *must be able to work in extreme heat*
  • Bartender - Rooftop
  • Server - Rooftop

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with coworkers efficiently and effectively
  • Must be detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to easily adapt to organizational and environmental changes
  • Must be flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in compliance with company Dress Code Policy
  • No visible tattoos, visible body piercing or unnatural hair color or hairstyles per company grooming standards
